Yes. The content of the Multilingual UDC Summary (UDCs) can be published, distributed in part or as a whole in any medium providing the following statement is included:

The content of the UDCs is created by an international team of volunteers. The UDC Consortium office will provide data exports and is available to advise on content and publishing.
We would appreciate it if publishers would inform us about any publication based on the UDC Summary so that we can disseminate information about this to UDC users. In addition, if the schedules are published in print please send a copy of the publication to the UDCC Office which maintains a UDC archive.
